Dark Harvest Takes a Deep Look into The Underground of Black Market and Legal Marijuana
Dark Harvest takes a deep look into the marijuana industry…including the black market, the legal market, and everything in between. Written and directed by James Hutson, the movie takes place as cannabis is becoming legal in the Pacific Northwest.
Centered around a marijuana grower, Carter (Hutson) and his mentor Ricardo(Marin), who runs a hydroponic store, the suspenseful movie works to unravel the murder of Carter’s partner.
The entire movie is shot in “real” grow rooms, with “real” marijuana, and “real” weed dealers. Definitely a first of its kind, Dark Harvest is a must-see for anyone interested in seeing a different side of the cannabis industry. Clearly not all fun and games, this enthralling film paints a different picture of marijuana than many people are familiar with.
